These muffins are the result of months of testing to perfect Vanilla Wafer muffins for our customers with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. Perfect for breakfast, our Vanilla Wafer muffins are made using the same process as our gluten-free Vanilla Wafer cakes – using gluten-free Vanilla Wafer cookies as the base of the batter with no additional flour. The standard muffins come with pecans, but are customizable to include raisins, shredded coconut, cranberries or chocolate chips, just like our standard Vanilla Wafer Cake. Our muffins pair just as well with orange juice or milk in the morning. Instead of spending money on other muffins, let us provide you with a muffin the whole family will enjoy!

A portion of the proceeds from each product sold will go to benefit epilepsy and neuroscience research through the Miami Children’s Health Foundation (MCHF). The MCHF is the charitable arm of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital – the hospital Christopher spent so much of his life in as a child. Their doctors and facility were always wonderful to Christopher and took great care of him and our family. It’s with great joy we donate to The Miami Children’s Health Foundation because while we could never truly repay Nicklaus Children’s Hospital for all they did for us, we can help another child or family battling epilepsy.
