As our products are edible, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, you may keep the product and Contact Us with your order number and details about your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues that may have occurred in the baking of your product or refund your payment. Please be prepared to show photos of any error we may have made. For complete refunds, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your product.
If a refund is issued, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of notification, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Once you have contacted us, we will contact you within 1 business day to resolve your issue.
As of today, we ship to all American states and territories.
Before placing an order, you will have the option to estimate shipping costs and tax based on the shipping options you choose. Please be aware that tax is calculated based on the shipping address.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based and each cake ships in it’s own individual package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
